Owner Mandy Hunt and her stafff work together to provide their customers with the best in personal shopping, including services such as home or out-of-town deliveries on approval and, upon request, photographing each complete outfit to help kids dress themselves. Privacy: Customer information will never be given, traded, or sold to any other company, agency, or individual outside of 3 Monkeys Children's Boutique. All private data will be disposed of unless you request that we retain it on file.

Return Policy: Please return items within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacture's tag attached and in its original, undamaged packaging. Items returned without tags and packaging intact will be refused.

SALE Return Policy - SALE items are always FINAL SALE ONLY. NO EXCHANGES or RETURNS. Items marked 10% or more off the original price are considered sale items. Store credits and gift certificates are valid for one year and cannot be extended.

We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or did not hold up well after being worn. Jewelry, socks, tights, bows and special order items MAY NOT BE returned.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender. Christening items are accepted for size exchanges only but must be exchanged within 15 days of the original order date. Holiday or special occasion items are accepted for size exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase but are not accepted within 10 days of date of holiday date for any type of refund. Example Christmas is December 25 so all exchanges must take place on or before December 15.

Shipping is never refunded. Orders originally shipped with complementary shipping will have regular ground shipping charges deducted from the return credit. No price adjustments are ever made. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Orders placed for multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to try and then return will either be issued a store credit or subject to a 25% restocking fee for any returns. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.

If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.
Please allow 4 weeks for credits to be processed.

A Return Authorization number is required in order to make a return. Please call 3 Monkeys at 479-271-0701 to receive RA number. Please read return policy above for all return restrictions.

Shipping: We ship within the United States and worldwide. Additional shipping charges may be incurred on larger items and international shipping. All orders ship from Rogers Arkansas. Shipping charges may vary with purchase amount. Please refer to this table for shipping charges. We ship through UPS:

UPS 2nd Day Air: UPS 2nd Day Air orders ship via UPS and arrive 2 business days after the date your order shipped (or 3 - 4 business days after the date you placed your order).

UPS Next Day Air: UPS Next Day Air orders ship via UPS and arrive 1 business day after the date your order shipped (or 2 - 3 business days after the date you placed your order).

EXAMPLE: If you placed your order on Wednesday before 2:00 PM, selected UPS 2nd Day Air as your shipping method, and your order shipped on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, your order will arrive on Tuesday.
